October surprise.

I send my apologies if you got one of these October 5th surprises. My crack team of proofreaders (my perfectionist husband and I) did not catch it either. Probably a last minute tweak of the page in a second printing moved something around we just didn’t spot. Maybe when I am famous it will reap auction millions.
