I have been busy...
…in the studio, wanting to get the work done inside before the spring weather hit. That weather did take its time to get here, but it has arrived in the Seattle area with a lovely bang. Oh, how I love to see the greenery come back to life.
I have some new notecards for your perusal at the shop now. Let me tell you more about them.
There are three designs: Happy Garden, Matisse’s Maidens, and Birds in the Cherry Tree. Each series has a dozen notecards of 4 x 5-1/2” size, ten white envelopes, two custom envelopes, a set of corresponding stickers, 6 corresponding address labels, and a gift tag. Cards are printed on high quality heavy matte card stock. They are blank inside.
Happy Garden comes in six colors, so your dozen will have two of each color. There are two cards with messages on the front - “Thank You” and “Thinking of You” - BUT you can have more or fewer or even tell me what message(s) you’d like! (The photo shows two blue, for some reason; the 6th color is a distinct periwinkle, though!) This design allows you have messages on the front of the card that you can customize.
Birds in the Cherry Tree comes in four colors and two varieties of the pattern. You’ll get 3 of each, and although they come without messages on the front, there’s no reason I can’t add it for you if you wish!
Matisse’s Maidens number four, including that blonde that greeted you at the top, each wearing a patterned frock and with a background honoring the patterns and colors of Henri Matisse. There is not an option for a message on these. The set will have 3 of each of the maidens.
If you are a subscriber to the blog, here’s an early bird opportunity. If you order in the next 7 days, shipping will be free (with a reduced shipping cost for more than two sets.) I will need to curtail shipping for the first two weeks of May - we are hitting the road! - so keep that in mind if you are gifting it.
If you’re not currently a subscriber - (and why are you not? I may ask - wink, wink) - sign up on the right hand column and you’re in. I would love to have you in the community of One Red Chair readers!
If you have more questions, do check the shop for more details that might answer them and a chance to customize the order as described above. If you still have some questions, drop me an email at 1redchair@gmail.com.
